- This machine is the facility of 3 operations in one table.
- It can clamp, bending and punching on Aluminum as well as copper busbar.
- This machine can punch hole up to 18mm thick and 250mm width. Copper as well as Aluminum Busbar.
- This machine can bend 16mm thick and 250mm width. Copper as well as Aluminum Busbar.
- This machine can cut 16mm thick and 250mm width. Copper as well as Aluminum Busbar.
- All the three operation can be done at a time without any loading issue.
- Bending is CNC type for accuracy in the bending.
- There are 6 set station in this machine so we can punch 6 types of hole without changing any die.
CNC HYDRAULIC BENDING MACHINE
We have installed 1No CNC Hydraulic Bending Machine of Hindustan Hydraulics Private Limited.

- Pressure Capacity : 110 Ton
- This machine work in Tank: 95 X 48
- It can bend MS CRCA Sheet, HR/GP Sheets, SS316 Sheets, SS304 Sheet in 1mm to 5mm Thickness.
- We can program up to 12 type to store time and man power and go to requirement.
- Automatic start require of bending as per program
CNC TURRET PUNCHING MACHINE-
We have installed 2 Nos. CNC Turret Punching Machine of AMC Brand
- Model : TAN 2581
- Capacity of curl put: 2 Ton Per crow
- Capacity of Drawer: 25 Ton
- This machine can automatically select the tool as programmed
- It can automatic lift the sheet according the programming
- I have 12 station for travel tools it can be required as required.
- Accuracy of this machine is ± 0.1mm.
